Edgy Tomato Wine Dinner x Rootstock

In honor of the Edgy Tomato Festival, we will be having a tasting menu event at JEM with Rootstock on Tuesday, August 18th at 6:30pm. This multi-course menu will feature tomatoes in delightful and creative ways. This widely used berry (that's right, tomatoes are a fruit!) is featured in many cuisines around the world and Chef Josh is excited to display it in every dish. We will also be pairing wines with every course.

This tasting menu will be $85/person (excluding tax and gratuity), with a $25/person deposit required upon reservation.
