G.D. Vajra Wine Dinner

Thursday, September 3rd, JEM will be highlighting the wines of G.D. Vajra! Second generation farmers and winemakers, G.D. Vajra’s family represent the traditions of Piedmont with an innovative spirit. First in the region to farm organically, a champion of lesser known indigenous varieties, Vajra’s commitment to authenticity shows through in the quality of their wines.

You can expect an array of styles: traditional method sparkling, rustic reds, perfumed dessert wine, and of course, the ever ephemeral jewel of the region, a bottling from Barolo!

Reservations require a $25 deposit per person.  This amount will go towards your fill bill.  Dinner will be $105 per person (not including tax and gratuity).
